Our Talent
A FlexCom consultant is a quality, experienced communications professional that left traditional corporate employment to satisfy a preference for non-traditional work schedules while still performing creative tasks on a project basis.
Because our clients are not hiring an employee, there are no annual salary commitments, no employee benefits, no vacation pay, no taxes, no overtime, no surcharges - clients simply pay a competitive hourly rate or a fixed project fee.
